The 1stQ AddOn lenses (Medicontur Group) have very high rotational stability in the sulcus due to the non-torque four-point fixation design. These lenses are available in monofocal, monofocal toric, trifocal, and trifocal toric options.
They allow precise correction of residual spherical and astigmatic refractive errors via the 0.25 D spherical power equivalent steps and up to 11.0 D cylinder powers.
Reversibility of trifocality is possible at any time, via the dual lens procedure or trifocal upgrade, which provides a ‘get out of jail free’ card if the trifocal component becomes inappropriate.
