More than 1,000 people have already registered for ODMAFair25, the Optical Distributors and Manufacturers Association (ODMA) flagship conference to be held in Sydney later this month.
The event will be held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney from 27–29 June.
Given Optometry NSW/ACT’s Super Sunday and the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists’ Connect Conference will be at the same venue at the same time, ODMA estimates practice attendance over the three days at over 1,500, with still three weeks of registrations still to come in.
ODMA CEO, Amanda Trotman, said she was “thrilled” in the interest shown in ODMAFair25.

Half of registrants are from NSW, with 50 people from New Zealand and 50 people from Western Australia planning to attend.
“It is fantastic to have their support and making the trip as well as many practices from regional Australia. With Queensland and Victoria currently showing 15% of registrants for each of those states we can truly say this is a broad reaching event”.
Ms Trotman this year’s ODMA Awards programme is receiving high industry engagement, with more than 2,100 votes placed.
“We are excited to announce finalists and winners and recognise these achievements at the Friday networking event on the trade floor,” she said.
Registrations are still open. Visit odmafair.com.au/ for information.
