The existing adaptive fluidics and unique ultrasound energy management of the Stellaris Elite system provide efficient lens removal and exceptional chamber stability. In addition, the new BiBlade+ offers vitreoretinal surgeons more streamlined procedures through a 67% increase in cut rates, while optimising control with a reduction in vibration, traction, and the ‘sphere of influence’; all important when working close to the retina.
