Eikance (atropine sulfate) eye drops (0.01%, 0.025%, and 0.05%) provide eye care professionals with flexible treatment options to manage progressive myopia when initiated in children aged 4–14 years.

Atropine treatment may be initiated in children when myopia progresses ≥ 0.5 diopters or axial length increases by 0.2 mm per year.1
