About the Speakers
Dr Cathleen McCabe serves as Chief Medical Officer at Eye Health America. At The Eye Associates in Sarasota, Florida, she specialises in complex and premium cataract and refractive surgery. Dr McCabe has participated in numerous clinical trials and has been recognised with multiple awards for her work in ophthalmology.
Dr Matthew Russell is an ophthalmic microsurgeon specialist and the founder of OKKO Eye Specialist Centre and VSON Vision Correction Specialists. He has served as a clinical assistant professor at the University of British Columbia in Canada and has spoken all over the world about his experience and interests.

Dr Georgia Cleary is a cornea, refractive and cataract surgeon working in the Cornea Unit and the Surgical Ophthalmology service at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne. She is the former Head of Unit of the Surgical Ophthalmology Service. Dr Cleary practises at Bayside Eye Specialists, Lasersight East Melbourne and Southern Eye Centre.
Dr Aanchal Gupta is a cataract, corneal, and refractive surgeon in Australia, the founder and Medical Director of IVISION LASER, a Fellow of the World College of Refractive Surgery and Visual Sciences, and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney. She was the first surgeon in Australia to perform the Allotex corneal inlay for presbyopia correction, and the first in South Australia to introduce several advanced procedures, including CAIRS, DMEK, and DSO.
