Transitions Optical has provided a unique guarantee with all purchases of the new Transitions VI lenses.
“We are now providing a Satisfied or Exchanged guarantee until December 31, 2008. If patients don’t prefer Transitions lenses to regular clear lenses, they can simply exchange them,” stated Eric Breda Business Director, Transitions Australia and New Zealand.
Patients will have 30 days from collection of eyewear to exchange for a clear pair of lenses, from the same lens manufacturer and in the same prescription, index, design, coating and frame.
The Transitions ‘Satisfied or Exchanged’ policy is currently being advertised on television in Australia and New Zealand.
