The Diesel Group has announced the signing of a five-year licensing contract with Marcolin for the production and worldwide distribution of Diesel sunglasses and ophthalmic frames.
This follows the forthcoming conclusion of a partnership with Safilio that began in 1994 and saw Diesel develop into an internationally recognised sun and vision brand.
Renzo Rosso, President of the Diesel Group commented: ” While remaining faithful to its DNA, Diesel is now an international group with ambitious plans for the global development of all its product categories including eyewear, and it will continue to work with commitment and a spirit of innovation.”
