The toric version of Avaira, CooperVision’s third generation two-weekly silicone hydrogel, is now available with a sphere range of +6.00 to -10.00D. With three cylinder powers (-0.75, -1.25 and -1.75DC) and all combinations available in axes from 10 to 180, Avaira toric now has one of the most comprehensive parameter ranges.
Avaira lenses with Aquaform Comfort Science – in addition to their naturally wettable properties – incorporate a high level of oxygen transmissibility (125 Dk/t sphere, 91 Dk/t toric), rounded edges that promote minimal lid interaction, and a smoother lens surface.
Avaira toric lenses feature optimised lens geometry, uniform horizontal ISO thickness and wide ballast design, plus a larger toric optic zone. A UV blocker helps protect wearers’ eyes, limiting 75 per cent of UVA and 99 per cent of UVB rays.
