Step 1.
Register: You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration details.
Step 2.
Login: Using the user name and password you nominated when you registered.
Step 3.
Place your orders: Submit stock orders, patient orders, trial kit top-up orders, trial patient orders and orders for direct patient delivery. You can even place several different types of orders in the same transaction.
Step 4.
Visit the service centre to manage your account: Check your order status, view invoices, view credits and view payments; a simple way to stay on top of your ‘paperwork’.
