Ocuco – a leading player in the global optical software market – has acquired See20/20, supplier of the world’s first entirely cloud-based practice management system.
Ocuco CEO Leo MacCanna said the acquisition was recognition that “software as a service or cloud deployment business model offers a low upfront cost service option”, which was particularly important for smaller independent optometrists.
