The world premiere of a piano quartet composed by Melbourne optometrist and lecturer Andrew Anderson is to be performed in Melbourne on Sunday 9 November at the Melbourne Recital Centre.
Piano Quartet in C minor will be performed by the Sydney-based Australia Piano Quartet, one of few ensembles worldwide that is committed to the piano quartet genre.
The Quartet will also present Schubert’s Adagio & Rondo Concertante and Brahms’ Piano Quartet in G minor.
