Setting the standard for high quality fundus photography since 1926, Zeiss continues to innovate and set new clinical benchmarks in patient care with the Clarus 500 ultra-widefield (UWF) camera.
This next generation fundus imaging solution provides unmatched detection, diagnosis and management of sight-threatening conditions, such as glaucoma, that rely on true colour and high-resolution imaging in the posterior pole. By using broad line fundus imaging technology to capture undilated 200º UWF images, the Clarus 500 can also image peripheral disease without having to use multiple fundus cameras. Using true colour and stereoscopic imaging of the optic nerve head, clinicians are empowered to evaluate focal changes in the rim tissue, cupping, and nerve pallor in the management of glaucoma patients.
