iTrace

iTrace

The iTrace emerges as a vital tool in pursuing ideal cataract surgery outcomes.

It’s a comprehensive device that objectively evaluates vision before and after surgery.

While cataracts are often associated with a cloudy lens, not all cataracts cause significant vision problems; what if a patient’s complaints don’t match what you see structurally?

Pre-operatively: iTrace evaluates visual function by isolating the anterior cornea, helping identify unsuitable corneas for premium intraocular lenses (IOLs) and determining toric power and placement on irregular corneas.

Post-operative: It evaluates IOL performance, detecting early signs of posterior capsular opacification (PCO), tilt, and misalignment.
