Eschenbach has developed a compact LED lighting system that weighs just eight grams and will fit onto spectacles, telescopic systems, and magnifiers.
According to Eschenbach, what sets this headlight LED apart from other head torches, is that it is specifically designed for near tasks, such as reading, writing, craft, occupational and technical tasks. Most head lamps are designed for distance use, with some being capable of being used at distances of 3-4m. The headlight LED is designed to focus at 40cm, which is the optimum distance for near tasks. Light and comfortable, this headlight LED is energy efficient, giving eight hours of regular use, with two light intensities.
The headlight LED will be launched at ODMA.
